When building a house from dirt, I highly recommend you get three 3rd party inspections: the pre-foundation poor, pre-drywall, and at the end right before closing. The builder will review the inspection reports and more than likely, fix most everything that is noted on it. Today, I met my clients and the builder to go over the pre-drywall inspection report and walk through the home before the drywall is put up.

PARADE OF HOMES 2026 – I decided this year to take pictures of unique spaces and items I saw in each home I toured. There were four builder’s located in the Fair Oaks Ranch area. Definitely some beautiful homes!

Last weekend, I took a senior buyer to go look at homes. As we parted ways, she held out her hands to me and said, “I need hand holding during this process.” I took her hands into mine and I responded, “Don’t worry I have you!” It was such a sweet moment that I will never forget.
