In THIS market, listening to your REALTOR® matters. 👏🏼

In THIS market, you can’t just put a house on the market and hope buyers fall in love.

You have to listen to your REALTOR®. 😏

For this home, I recommended painting the entire house a soft, neutral color.

Why?

Because I don’t want a buyer walking in thinking, “Cute house… but now I have to spend $$$ painting it.” 😩

Buyers are already calculating their closing costs, repairs, moving expenses, furniture and everything else that comes with buying a home.

The goal is to make them feel “I can see myself living here” NOT “How much is this going to cost me to fix?”

✨ First impressions matter.
✨ Presentation matters.
✨ And in this market, strategy matters.
