1️⃣ Sourced from Local Records: Property profiles are based on information from your local county assessor’s office. They are only a STARTING point for basic property information.

2️⃣ Listings Don’t Mean Legal: Just because something is on the property profile, doesn’t automatically mean it’s officially approved or legal. The assessor’s office is focused on what exists for tax purposes, not whether it’s permitted.

3️⃣ Limited Owner Info: If a property has more than two owners, not all their names might show up due to space limits. For full ownership details, you’ll need to look at the official property transfer documents. Our premium website and app services provide easy access to these complete records.
