We track and maintain controlled expenses by keeping a small staff of ten who are skilled, efficient, and on site at all times. Also, our staff takes a direct approach on management of the property and works closely in the resolution of all matters on the property. Furthermore, relative to the surrounding market,

we offer a reasonable price for the value of our units while still generating the best possible profit. The result of these 17 yrs experience in administrative management can be seen in our company?s growth as well. What began as an 8 unit building, has resulted in the present day 79 buildings or 169 units that is currently under our company?s management. Over the years, we have also expanded in the area of commercial property management. Furthermore, J.L.O. continues to grow with properties in both Los Angeles and San Bernardino and we extend our managerial and administrative services to the Orange County area as well.
