Meet Jessica Bernal: Your Inland Empire Real Estate Agent
Jessica Bernal moved to the Inland Empire from her Country Peru, where she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration and a minor in Logistics at Cibertec University. She began her career in Real Estate in 2007 here in California where she has received several certifications along with her Salesperson License. In 2013, she received 2 Certifications given by the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS); “The Five Irrefutable Rules for Listing Success” and “How to Build a Rockstar Real Estate Team”. She also has her Accredited Buyer's Representative Designation (ABR) and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI). She is a member of the National Association of Realtors and The California Association of Realtors. Jessica specializes in bank-owned, short-sale, and REO/Foreclosed properties.

Leveraging her experience as a successful former manager within a large manufacturing company and her several years in the Real Estate Business, Jessica is known for outstanding client service through the use of 24/7 availability, high tech marketing techniques, personal touches, and as a skilled negotiator with her client's best interests at heart. Jessica believes in not only representing her clients to the best of her ability by providing first class service, but also to educate them throughout every step of the process armed with top notch information and market insight, so that her clients can make the best decisions possible. She has a strong ability to think outside the box, but never strays away from good old-fashioned service. She is honest, hard working, and extremely knowledgeable about the real estate industry, having worked with several top agents.
I Believe In Giving Back:
Jessica has participated in several community service acts in order to show her appreciation for her community and the people that surround her. She has done volunteer work for the Rancho Cucamonga City delivering food to the homeless, older, and less fortunate people. She did volunteer work for her local church as a security officer and special events coordinator. Jessica has also donated blood on several occasions to the Children's Hospitable Los Angeles. She is also a member of the “House of Ruth” charity organization, participating in the fight to end abuse among individuals by organizing yard sales and food donations.
In My Free Time:
Jessica loves to cook, run, hike, go camping and bike riding. She loves to read motivational and self-development books.
Accreditation:
Jessica furthers herself in her education of the Real Estate Business through obtaining certificates, specializing herself in categories that benefit her clients with that little bit more of an extra education. She currently holds specializations in Senior Real Estate, ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), Certified Distressed Property Expert, and REO Certified Professional. She has also completed courses at the CRS (Council of Residential Specialists): "The Five Irrefutable Rules for Listing Success", "How to Build a Rock Star Real Estate Team", and "How to Delegate & Build Teams" She also has her Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Senior Real Estate Specialist Designation.
