I got back to doing what I do as a Realtor in October and November, and had a very busy November. One transaction in escrow, and hopefully closing tomorrow. I also put two offers for a client on a single family home, but not much luck there. Crazy competitive market in the Bay Area.

Now I have one commercial transaction under my belt, and can help with multi-unit search and transactions. If you need help buying or selling real estate, please reach out or refer someone who needs my services.
