Hosts who set their cleaning fee at 25-50% of their nightly rate earn $64,405/year — 72% more than hosts with no fee.

The wildest finding: 89% of Superhosts charge a cleaning fee. They earn $61K vs $34K without one. Same 4.90-star rating both ways.
