As you have probably seen on the news, there have been sweeping changes made to the way real estate is handled in California and across the country, the biggest changes that I have seen in my 31+ years in the industry.

I'm writing to let know not to be concerned. Every truly professional Realtor has been preparing for these changes for months, We're ready to go, have a good understanding of the many new forms and are prepared to explain everything to buyers and sellers.

Change is always challenging and no one likes new forms, but these changes will most likely benefit everyone in the long run.
