A busy week across most cities, with strong listing activity and a few surprising stats 👀
✨ Atherton: 4 new listings, 3 sales, and an average sale price of $10.3M. High-end demand continues to show up.
✨ Belmont: Lower listing volume with 5 new listings, but a healthy 6 sales and an average just over $2.6M.
✨ Menlo Park: 20 new listings and 8 sales. Inventory sits at 56 with a $3.8M average sale price.
✨ Palo Alto: 18 new listings and 9 sales last week, with 69 homes currently on the market. Average sale price came in at $4.12M — slightly lower than prior weeks, but still a strong showing for this high-demand market.
✨ Redwood City: Holding steady with 21 new listings and 7 sales. Active inventory remains high at 93 homes.
✨ San Carlos: 11 new, 5 sold, and a steady average price of $2.78M. Inventory increased slightly to 34.
