✨ Belmont: Lower listing volume with 5 new listings, but a healthy 6 sales and an average just over $2.6M.

✨ Menlo Park: 20 new listings and 8 sales. Inventory sits at 56 with a $3.8M average sale price.

✨ Palo Alto: 18 new listings and 9 sales last week, with 69 homes currently on the market. Average sale price came in at $4.12M — slightly lower than prior weeks, but still a strong showing for this high-demand market.
