Leased in SF! Happy to have been able to connect a wonderful new small business with this well located commercial space, looking forward to seeing how this space takes shape! This one took much longer than expected although many groups were interested in this commercial space throughout the time that it was on the market. In fact, for most of the time that it was seemingly available, it actually wasn’t since it had been offered to approved applicants in the process of setting up their business. 

The journey to opening a small business however, especially in SF, is littered with unexpected permitting obstacles, not to mention the astronomical burden of finding funding to start. A slow pandemic recovery period and city government imposed red tape didn’t help either. Luckily, the changing tides of city government starting late last year resulted in significantly less obstacles to starting a business in this space and the end result was a win for all, the owner, a local small business, and the city.

Leased in SF! Off the market in a couple weeks with a very quick transition period between tenants. I assisted the owner in leasing this property out a couple years ago and was happy to do so when they requested my help again. Although showings were limited in consideration of the property still being occupied, I received strong interest in the property soon after it hit the rental market. I was able to wrap up the new lease paperwork before the current term ended thanks to thoughtful communication and cooperation with the existing tenant. Happy to hear that both the owner and the new tenant are excited with the outcome!

Just sold in Antioch! Under contract in about two weeks, this unique single family home was off the market much quicker than usual for properties in the area. The sellers reached out at the beginning of the year ready to let go of their investment property and in a few weeks, the property was ready for the market after some needed repairs. A large part of my role in the listing process is guiding sellers in preparing their home for the best value to sell for the highest price and to correct issues that may be possible obstacles in the sale process. Luckily, the sellers trusted my guidance and the process was pretty much smooth sailing on our end. Congratulations to the sellers on closing this chapter and wishing the new buyers all the best!
