Today, we’re shining the spotlight on Raeann, Escrow Officer at our Daly City Chicago Title office!
Raeann manages the escrow process throughout real estate transactions, but as she points out, the role goes far beyond clearing title. From coordinating multiple parties and navigating last-minute changes to managing tight deadlines, meeting compliance requirements, and helping clients through difficult or emotional moments, there’s a lot happening behind the scenes.
Her favorite part? Hearing clients’ appreciation for the work she and her team do.
And her advice to anyone involved in a transaction: Always call the office to confirm wire instructions, and get to know your escrow team’s voice. It’s an important step in protecting your transaction from wire fraud and scams.
