Homes By Rona I do as much research as possible about any potential home, prior to introducing you to it, including the realistic market value.

When I represent the buyer in every transaction I negotiate the best possible price for the buyer. Doing all this requires a lot of time and effort, which I am gladly do on behalf of my clients. Our job as agents is to bring the whole process to fruition, from researching, scheduling, showing, advising and negotiating to the final satisfactory purchase of the home. Only then, do we earn our commission.
