Heading up operations, sales and marketing, during her tenure, Mariaelena led the development of over one hundred homes and increased sales 18% over 9 year period. Her entrepreneurial spirit and ability to identify market opportunities led her to launch her first company, Mairshair, a successful brand of accessories and apparel featured in top global retailers including American Eagle Outfitters.
