Who’s up to do this fixer!? Today I created a conceptual design for a remodel for my 1949 listing.

BEDROOM #1
Push front door and bedroom #1 forward 3’
Remove walk in closet in bedroom #1 and added a wall to wall closet
Add high transom window above bed wall
New window facing front of house
Barn door to create more space in bedroom
LIVING ROOM
Add french doors to living room and outdoor patio space
Keep one wall for tv and electrical outlet
Add front patio area beyond french doors to take advantage of peek a boo
BATHROOM
By removing closet in bedroom #1, there’s now more room for large 43” vanity
New tub and sliding frameless doors
Add a low cabinet and drywall to add floating shelves above
BEDROOM #2
Remove existing windows
Add french doors and outdoor patio decking all the way across to kitchen
Add transom window above bed wall
Reduce closet size to add space for a chair
KITCHEN
Remove walls to open up kitchen
Add cabinets
New window to view interior court yard view
Remove hall pantry
Add a butler cabinet to opposite wall for added storage
Center dining room table in room with added chandelier
