✨ Transformation Tuesday ✨

Opening up our family room by removing part of the wall made such a difference, but the real showstopper is this gorgeous oversized clear window! It’s the first thing you see when you walk through the front door—and it perfectly frames our incredible views.

We also elevated the space with stunning Dekton slabs on the fireplace and custom wood built in’s —absolutely breathtaking! And of course, all the modern/cozy Restoration Hardware furniture pulls the whole room together.

TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY! ✨
We’re so excited to finally share a glimpse of our own San Clemente kitchen transformation! This project came with its challenges—but wow, was it worth it. We couldn’t be happier with the result!

We completely reimagined the layout by moving and realigning the island to flow perfectly with our family room. Instead of a traditional waterfall edge, we chose warm wood accents for a timeless, welcoming feel. One of our favorite details? The beverage fridge between the fridge and freezer!

We don’t just sell real estate — we live it every day. From design inspiration to our network of trusted contractors and vendors, we’re here to help you take on your own remodel or renovation with confidence when you buy your home with us!

Transformation Tuesday...
Don't you just love a good before & after?
This space had so much potential, but the original fireplace layout threw off the flow — so we decided to remove it entirely! Now the room feels open, balanced, and features two beautiful, functional areas.
We also took out the old built-in and added this stunning Restoration Hardware credenza, installed two new sets of French doors, new flooring, and updated lighting - and wow... what a transformation!

Turning dated to dreamy has been such a rewarding journey, and this week’s Transformation Tuesday is all about our entryway reveal.

Can you believe this is the same space?! From warm, heavy tones ➡️ to a bright, modern, gallery-style welcome. One of our favorite upgrades — smooth coat Level 5 drywall — is a total game changer for any renovation. Fresh paint, new flooring, updated lighting, and layered textures completely transformed the feel… and our new front door (coming soon!) will be the final touch!

This space now feels like us — airy, modern, and filled with light.
