Dedicated to excellent service! I have lived in California all my life I was actually born in Hollywood, California. My current residence is in San Clemente, California, where my husband and I bought our third home in 1992. Our son was born in San Clemente in 1993. I have been a Realtor since 1997, and in 2014 I got my Brokers License. I am a member of OCAR(Orange County Association of Realtor

s), CAR(California Association of Realtors) and NAR(National Association of Realtors). I regularly attend our weekly OCAR board meetings and preview new listings each week

Prior to becoming a Realtor I worked for a Federal Agency known as the RTC (Resolution Trust Corporation). This agency was designed to bail out the failed Savings and Loan Companies during the 1980’s. Each institution had huge portfolios of real estate that had to be sold. I worked for the Western Region Sales office in Newport Beach. I graduated from California State University at Fullerton, in 1988 with a B.A. degree in Business and Economics

I have worked as a Realtor for several Brokerages: Coldwell Banker, Century 21, Evergreen Realty and currently with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, California Properties in San Clemente. I have received production awards while at both Century 21 offices. I have also received several outstanding Quality Service surveys from clients. My territory is all of South Orange County and part of North San Diego, however I focus on San Clemente, Dana Point, San Juan Capistrano and Laguna Beach. One of my favorite and most memorable clients was a real estate attorney whose home in Laguna Beach I listed and sold. I appreciated working with this client very much. He was decisive and very professional and had a great sense of humor. Every transaction has hurdles to overcome, but I am persistent and always strive to please my clients. This particular client mentioned during the end of our transaction that I got him $100,000 more than he thought he would get, and that he appreciated how I paid attention to detail and took care problems as they arose. Over the years I have learned that in order to offer the best service to your client, it is better to be a good listener and really hear what you client wants in terms of their real estate goal. When I am not working on a real estate transaction, I enjoy travelling with my husband and son. We most recently visited Montreal, Quebec, Canada, where I have a cousin. I have several Canadian cousins . My mother was from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I also enjoy the beach and walking the Marblehead and the San Clemente beach trails.
