✌🏻 Out 2025! As the holiday dust settles and I’m really able to reflect back on the year, I can’t help be feel immense gratitude. 2025 was the biggest year on record for me. Yes, I sold some really cool homes but more importantly I helped the most amazing people. These photos a just a sneak peak of what we were able to accomplish. I love my job! Thank you to my clients and affiliates for trusting me, referring me and putting up with me🙏.

In spite of the growth, real estate is weird. Im always paranoid as it feels like it can turn off at any moment. You gotta stay low in the highs and high in lows. However, I’d be foolish to not capitalize on this momentum. I’m confident at what I do and feel there is no one better to represent you with the biggest purchase or sale in your life. Stakes are high, never has the value of a local realtor been more important.

This was another property with multiple offers and my buyers were fortunate to come out on top. Newer construction, west of the 5, curb appeal…I think this was a great buy! A few updates and this place will be the perfect beach house.

Merry Christmas from the Kirklands!

My Christmas Message- Please read as this is way more important than real estate. We visited an orphanage in Mexico this week. When the director took us on a tour he spoke to us about their three pillars. One of which was SERVICE. He said every week they take the children and they go do service in the community. He said it’s very easy to become victims but all that does is lead to sadness. Although orphans, they too have so much to give and when you lose yourself in the service of others you will find yourself!! It was such a great reminder during this holiday season. Feeling blessed, go serve! Feeling depressed, go serve!

As the great King Benjamin said “When you are in the service of your fellow beings, you are only in the service of your God”

May we all have more Christ(CHRIST MAS) in our hearts not just today but everyday moving forward.
