Taste of Town- Miramar Food Hall in San Clemente

Originally built in 1938 as a movie theatre and bowling alley. It sat vacant for over three decades. Now we are fortunate to have some incredible food vendors. 15 restaurants, two bars and ocean views! Plenty of room for family or group dining. Great spot for date night or if your kids have opinions and never want the same things, they got options! Downside is most items are on the pricey side but everything I’ve had is full of flavor and very good. We have gone back and we will continue to go back. Thank you to all who were involved in the restoration project and to the vendors for investing in our town.

Last month the Kirkland Family made their highly anticipated debut to saltyturf. Fun fact, whenever we travel we always look for a mini golf course. Maybe that will change now that we have one but keep that in mind…my review holds a lot of weight!

Honestly, I can’t think of a nicer mini golf course I’ve been to. PopStroke is very nice as well but Saltyturf is way more personalized. The amount of detail a quality of work is incredible. The local kids working have rad caddy outfits and are all very friendly.

Only negative is the gravel in the planters is getting on the greens, I’m not worried though Jeff Moore will get that tuned up.

After one round, everyone knows the rules…Salty Turf gets our very first 10/10. Congrats to all the local families involved. Thank you for your contribution to our town. And thank you for hiring my kids in a couple years 😂

It WAS a big week…a month ago! I was so excited I forgot to post about it. Regardless, we couldn’t be more stoked for the opening of saltyturf and the Miramar Food Hall

Two incredible venues with no expenses spared. Love the commitment of local San Clemente residents contributing to our town with the right type of development and improvements. Videos to follow with our first experiences at each spot but spoiler alert…both get 10/10
