Experience the rare privilege of owning a timeless S.H. Woodruff coastal estate, masterfully built in 1929 and impeccably restored to the highest standards of luxury. Known for creating the iconic Hollywoodland development and the original Hollywoodland sign, Woodruff’s architectural legacy is on full display in this 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom residence, where historic character meets contemporary elegance.

Set in Dana Point’s prestigious Lantern District, the home captures expansive ocean views and offers an irresistible blend of Old Hollywood romance and refined coastal sophistication. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated to honor the home’s storied past—original hardwood floors, custom millwork, hand-shaped plaster, and the signature one-of-a-kind arched doorway that exemplifies Woodruff’s artistry.

The restoration elevates the estate with discreet modern luxuries, creating a seamless balance between heritage and comfort. Sunlit living spaces, period-appropriate architectural lines, and bespoke finishes elevate the ambiance while preserving the home’s historical soul. Its remarkable curb appeal evokes the charm of early California coastal architecture, framed by mature landscaping and ideal positioning along one of the Lantern District’s most desirable streets.

I’ve been thinking about the word infinity today ♾ it is such a powerful word when you think about it. Does the universe go on forever? Are there really an infinite number of stars out there? Are we all just stardust?? I want answers as to where we go when this chapter is over. These are the thoughts that bounce around my head. I shot this picture of the Milky Way over Upper trestles in San Clemente during the waning days of the red tide bioluminescence. You can see a faint blue glow in the wave breaking off in the distance. Captured in on exposure using the A7Riv

Happy Friday!✨ I almost wasn’t going to post this because like many photos it doesn’t really do it just on a tiny little ig square but a friend stopped by the other night and encouraged me to post it anyways. This is the full moon setting over Riviera during to strongest bioluminescence of my lifetime. The glow was out of this world! People ask me , could you really see it that strongly?! The answer is yes, for a while as soon as the sun went down each wave would crash the most electric blue you’ve ever seen. It was truly mesmerizing and I love the glow in the wave here 🌊
