After 20+ years in San Clemente, I’ve learned this town isn’t just a place to live — it’s a lifestyle. From morning coffee at Sur Coffee, to sunsets at the pier, or catching waves at T-Street, there’s something about this coastal community that just feels right.

When I first moved here, I lived at Reef Gate West, steps from the sand. Back then I was still working as a firefighter in San Diego and commuting home to San Clemente — and even then, I knew this was where I wanted to build my life.
