Was stocked in a traffic in not so busy streets of Rancho Penasquitos with several corners blocked by the highway patrol and a parade of mini limo cars past by Black Mountain Rd escorted by several Police cars , Firetruck and Ambulance.......wondering....and just heard that the Vice President wife is visiting her Family (She is a Mt Carmel Graduate)....wow, and wow...( #).
