Growing up our little tiny school focused a lot on the accomplishments and the life of MLK. One of the most courageous men to walk the planet. Stood for what was right, knew what was wrong and marched against it. Here are a few interesting facts I found to love about his life.
Did you know he entered college at the age of 15?
Did you know he was arrested 29 times?
Did you know he survived an assassination attempt 10 years prior to his death?
Did you know his family won a civil suit against the U. s government (proving that the shooter was set up to take the blame by the government and the mafia?) Thu were awarded $100???? You kidding me? This day is more than a day off. Celebrate change and the courage to do so….

Winners make a habit of manufacturing their own positive expectations in advance of the event! Love being around these agent partners. Here are the cons of renting:

1️⃣ Your landlord can increase the rent at any time.

2️⃣ You cannot build equity if you’re renting a property.

3️⃣ It will be your home, but it won’t be your asset.

4️⃣ There are no tax benefits to renting a property.

5️⃣ You cannot make any changes to your house or your apartment without your landlord’s approval.

6️⃣ Many houses available for rent have a “No Pets” policy.

7️⃣ Your landlord can evict you at any time.

These are all pretty unfortunate and I'd hate for this to be happening to any of my friends/family.
