I was reflecting on what makes me happy…

I have learned that everybody is different.

People have different experiences, different goals, different cultural backgrounds.

I recently made some very fulfilling connections that I am very happy about.

It’s not about how much money you make, and it’s not about where you came from.

Most of the time, it’s about the connection you feel with the person.

Don’t know about you, but making meaningful relationships makes me happy.

Knowing that I have friends who think about me and can’t wait to spend more time with me
makes me even happier.

I love getting to know people and learning from their experiences.

Reminder to self… Love your life. Live life to the fullest. Don’t let the small stuff get to you.

The idea of selling a house can feel very overwhelming and stressful.

Over the years working with sellers, one of the most common things I’ve seen holding people back from selling...

And moving onto a new home that actually allows them to live the kind of lifestyle they want...

Is the lack of control, especially around time and money.
.. Can we actually afford it?.. What if we sell and don’t have an offer locked in on a new house at the same time?.. I don’t want to go through the hurdle of spending money and time to fix up the house.

One of the biggest concerns I have come across from locals here in San Diego who have been thinking about moving…

Is that they are concerned about where they might live after selling.
If you are concerned about where you will live after selling, you have not talked to a real estate professional who is there for you.

After helping several people sell and buy homes over the past 4 years, I realized that the most important thing that people are concerned about when selling is that they can’t find a suitable replacement for their home.

So when I talk with people to help them figure out what their ideal new home looks like and how to get there…

The first thing I ask people is the main reason they are looking for a new home.

Once we know that … then we devise a plan that will work for that family.

And lastly…
Moving into a new home perfect for you and your family is the most important part of moving. Not to be homeless!

This is why I encourage everyone to find an agent who cares for you, and helps you prepare the financial and accommodation situation in place before planning for your next move.
