This one is for my Del Sur and 4S friends. The #92127 had ONLY 13 properties sell for 105% of the asking price on average in November. Inventory is LOW and we have buyers waiting patiently for an opportunity to join the prestigious 92127 community.

For YEARS I heald on to my football, baseball, and basketball cards, hoping my sons would love them as much as I did one day...yeah not so much. So, in hopes of making someone's day, I am going to GIVE THEM AWAY to someone who will enjoy them. Starting with my favorite, Michael Jordan. I have two to choose from:
NBA Hoops, 1989 card #200
or
SkyBox, 1992, card #39, USA Basketball
Both have been sitting in hard plastic cases for years and appear to be in great condition. Let me know which card you want in the comments below. I'll select a winner at random Friday.

I have some unopened packs as well. I'll gather those for another giveaway tomorrow. This should be fun!

This one is for my Del Sur and 4S friends. The 92127 saw 62 properties sold for 104% of the asking price on average in October. We have buyers waiting for homes to hit the market. So you can easily compare and contrast I've included a snapshot of all the sales in San Diego. As we already know those of us in the 92127 aren't average, nor is our housing 😉

October flew by and my friends in Poway (92064) gained a dozen households of new neighbors. Inventory is still low and homes are selling over asking (on average). I included a snapshot of all of San Diego so you'll have a good idea of how Poway is doing in comparison. Take a peak and you'll see what sold, what is going to closing and the TWO (yes only two) properties currently available for purchase.
