Open House vibes ✨
Come hang out with me this Saturday at 1217 Juliette Place from 12:00–2:00 PM.

Pool days, open air, and a slower pace — this is the kind of Fallbrook living people move here for.

The person who sent you this has excellent taste 😌

And they already know you’d make the neo-Italian architecture + soaring ceilings your whole personality.

A few other things I love:
- A chef’s kitchen outfitted with Wolf appliances (because dinner deserves a little drama)
- 11 acres of private country living with room to roam—yet still an easy drive to San Diego favorites
- Over 100 avocado trees for peak SoCal vibes (toast, anyone?)

Real people behind every deal.

Families. Money. Stress.

That part is never lost on me… and it’s exactly why I take this seriously.

Because this isn’t a “when I feel like it” job.

It’s early mornings, late nights, deals that go sideways… and still showing up steady like it didn’t.

No one hands you consistency in this business.
You build it — or you don’t last.

I’m not the flashiest agent.
I’m the one who handles things.

The details get managed.
The problems get solved.
The deal gets across the finish line.

Not because it’s easy —
but because I stay in it when it’s not.

Grit, consistency, and actually caring about the people I work with.

Nothing flashy about it… but it works.

Challenge: a full San Diego weekend without looking at your phone 📵 Here’s your itinerary for going completely analog. No apps. No scrolling. Just good coffee, harbor air, and local gems. 👉

☕ Morning reset at (North Park)
Coffee + floral studio + curated retail all in one light-filled space. Grab a latte, wander through the flower bar, browse their plant-filled shop, then stroll the neighborhood. It’s the kind of place that makes you slow down without trying.

🌊 Dockside lunch at (Point Loma)
No tourist polish — just insanely fresh seafood right on the harbor. Fish tacos, grilled catch, boats coming in and out of the marina. It feels authentically San Diego in the best way.

🌵 Color therapy at (North Park)
A vibrant shop filled with handcrafted Mexican folk art, textiles, home decor, and gifts you won’t find anywhere else. Bold, joyful, and completely unique. Bonus: it photographs beautifully… but you’re not allowed to post until Monday 😉

🌾 Dinner at (Oceanside)
Modern, design-forward, plant-based dining that feels elevated but relaxed. Creative dishes, minimalist aesthetic, and the kind of intentional space that makes a weekend feel special.

Living here is about knowing the spots locals actually love — not just the ones on a travel blog.

Who you hire does matter.

Not at the easy parts. But when offers get competitive, inspections reveal surprises, or the paperwork starts to look like a foreign language.

When the numbers shift or inventory tightens in neighborhoods from La Jolla and Point Loma to North Park and downtown, you want someone who’s seen it before and stays calm.

That’s where the difference shows up.

If you’re planning a move in 2026 and want a realtor focused on protecting your interests across San Diego, my DMs are always open.

I’m Lynette — a native San Diegan and real estate advisor.

Would you ever go to court using the other person’s attorney?

That’s essentially what happens when a home buyer doesn’t have their own representation. The listing agent’s job is to protect the seller’s interests — price, terms, and outcome. That doesn’t make them the right advocate for you.

Having your own buyer’s agent is like having your own attorney in a major legal matter. It’s someone whose only responsibility is to advise you, protect you, and negotiate on your behalf. They help you understand the fine print, identify potential risks, and make informed decisions — not emotional ones.

And here’s what most buyers don’t realize: in many cases, having your own representation doesn’t cost you extra, but not having it can cost you far more in the long run.

When the stakes are this high, you deserve your own advocate. 🏡✨

Coffee shops are my favorite place to set up shop with my laptop and get work done in between appointments. Needless to say, I have been to a lot of them. 😂 Here are a few to check out:

1. Goldchild Coffee Roasters — East Village, Downtown
A hidden brew haven right in East Village, where minimalist design meets specialty espresso. Perfect for people-watching and slow sips in the heart of downtown — definitely an elevated stop on your route. 🌆☕️

2. Fuzz Coffee — North Park
North Park’s indie coffee spot mixing espresso with vinyl vibes and creative energy. Locals love its laid-back atmosphere, cool playlists, and espresso that hits just right — ideal for an artsy coffee crawl. 🎶☕️

3. Flor and Seed Coffee Roasters — South Park
A serene stop in South Park with plant-luxe aesthetics and beautifully crafted brews. Great for flat-lays, brunch photos, and easygoing afternoons with friends. 🌿✨☕️

4. Adore Coffee House — Normal Heights
Charming and under-the-radar in Normal Heights, this spot is all cozy vibes and quality espresso. A local favorite that feels like finding a secret hideout in the neighborhood. ☕💫

✨ Bonus quirky pick:
The Invigatorium — North Park — Dinosaur-themed brunch + coffee spot that’s so fun for photos and storytelling. 🦖☕️

If this caught your eye, maybe it’s a sign...👀

If new energy and daily access to ocean mornings and canyon hikes within 20 minutes call to you, the idea of moving to San Diego might not feel so far away.

Yes, we enjoy the laid-back pace, but that’s really just the beginning. We’re spoiled with microclimate variety—from cool coastal breezes in La Jolla to sun-warmed inland neighborhoods; world-class outdoor access like Torrey Pines trails, Mission Bay sailing, and nearby surf spots; and neighborhoods full of character — Balboa Park museums and farmers markets, plus the craft breweries and independent restaurants in North Park and Little Italy.

You shouldn’t buy a home in 2026…

Not if you’re unsure.
Not if you’re feeling pressured.
Not because five agents said “it’s the perfect time.”

Here’s the truth most agents won’t say:

Sometimes the smartest move is not to move.
Sometimes waiting is the best financial decision.
Sometimes the right call is to pause.

And I’m always going to tell you that — even if it costs me a sale.

Buying a home is life-changing.

If you want straight answers (not sales tactics), I’m your person. My inbox is always open — I’d love to help answer any real estate questions you have.

Nothing like a festive night under the lights ✨🎄
Had such a great time at the Christmas Light Walk at Coastal Christmas in Del Mar—twinkling displays, ocean air, and all the holiday magic without feeling overcrowded. If you’re looking for a fun, cozy way to get into the Christmas spirit, this one’s absolutely worth adding to your list.

Perfect for a date night, friends, or a laid-back family outing 🤍

🎄✨🌊
