🌙 Moonlight Beach takes me right back to 6am beach volleyball matches! Hitting the sand, chasing the ball, and trying to land that jump serve before the day even started. 🏐 It was awesome!

And it reminds me why I love coastal San Diego real estate. Because 687 S Coast Highway 101, Unit 308 in Encinitas isn’t just a 2-bedroom condo, friends.

It’s a lifestyle.

Wake up. Walk to the beach.
Play volleyball.
Go surf.
Grab coffee.
Meet friends for dinner or drinks.

And an incredible sense of having your own private world - right in Nashville.

This Green Hills estate is a reminder that luxury isn’t always about having more. Sometimes, it’s about having room for what matters. Apparently, hitting a hole in one matters because did you see the indoor golf simulator? ⛳️🏌
