📘 Story Time: I first met Anna & Stu through an open house, they loved the house, but there was one small thing about it that really brought them in. This small yet elegant radio plays music custom picked for the home. In her words, "It really brought the home together and made us feel invited in!" 🎶 From there we put in an offer and got $10,000 below asking price! 💵 However, there was a catch, at that time, we had to sell their home in order to purchase this one. After some hiccups along the way, we were able to purchase this home without being contingent on the sale of their home. 🙏🏻 Now we are renting out their home so they can get an easy passive income towards their new mortgage. Now they are ready to move, and celebrate the holidays in their new home! 🏡

📘 Story Time: Melissa and I actually met at an open house 2 weeks before this closing. 🏠 She said she could only come up with 5% down payment on a house, and her closing costs money was tight; I told her that it will be more than enough. 💸 We looked at about 7+ properties and she liked them all, however, this one just stood out. 🎯 She told me to just do whatever I had to do to get this one for her.
