unconscious or hospitalized🏥 tomorrow? Who would speak for you? Or for your loved one?

Most people simply assume it will be ok.
The truth?
Without legal 📄documents, doctors may not share information and partners or adult children may have no authority to do or say anything.
If you haven't signed the right legal documents
the answer might be someone you don't want in that position.
Without a health care directive or power of
attorney, your family may not be able to:

☑️ Speak with your doctors
☑️Pay your bills
☑️Access your accounts
☑️Make decisions on your behalf

It doesn't matter how close you are. lf it`s not in writing it's probably not legally valid.
