Eclectic Nostalgia-According to Tiktok, some content creators use the nostalgic vibe of the 70's and 80's to spice up their listings. On Airbnb, words like disco, eclectic, nostalgic, seventies and psychedelic appear in more than 50,000 listings.
Botanical-The plant fan community on TikTok and the hashtag has amassed a total of 1.6 billion views. On Airbnb, 45,000+ listings use botanical words like "monstera, potted plants, and lush."
