🏡 WAIT….DO I REALLY NEED 20% DOWN TO BUY A HOUSE?
One of the biggest misconceptions I hear about buying a home is:
“I need 20% down before I can buy.”
🚨That is NOT always true.
Depending on the loan program and qualifications, there may be options that require far less than 20% down.

Before you decide, you’re not ready, you should understand:

🔑 How much cash you actually need
🔑 what your estimated monthly payment could look like
🔑 What down payment or closing cost assistance may be available
🔑 What steps you should take NOW if you’re not quite ready
You don’t need to have everything figured out before talking to a Realtor or Lender.
