Welcome Maersk!

We’re pleased to announce that our 1,227,600 SF Westcore Hesperia Commerce Center is now 100% leased to integrated shipping and logistics company Maersk. The brand new industrial building, located in Hesperia, CA., offers cross dock loading, all concrete truck courts, ample trailer parking and every fourth door is equipped with dock equipment.

Huge thanks goes out to the amazing CBRE transaction teams who made this happen, including Darla Longo, Barbara Perrier, Walt Arrington, and Jeff Fritch who represented Westcore and Tres Reid and Lauren Peddicord who represented the tenant.

A Return to Reno!

We are pleased to announce our recent acquisition of a 632,130-square-foot distribution center in the Tahoe-Reno Industrial Center in Reno, Nevada for $82.5 million. This modern, cross-loaded distribution center includes more than 200 trailer stalls on 34 acres and features an energy efficient design, earning a LEED Gold Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.

Located at 700 Milan Drive, the facility is 100% leased and is adjacent to Gigafactory Nevada, which represents a $6.2 billion investment in this market by Tesla.

⛳️ It was an epic showdown on the links at the 8th annual Westcore Ryder golf tourney, held at The Resort at Pelican Hill in Newport Beach. A congenial event that celebrates the hard work and commitment of our valued broker partners, Team NorCal earned their bragging rights with a solid win – 7.5 to 4.5 and now has possession of the coveted Ryder Cup Trophy!

We are pleased to announce the recent disposition of the Dove Valley Business Center in Englewood, Colorado to the Haleakala Ranch Company. The 149,776 SF industrial building, located at 14101 E. Otero Avenue, is comprised of six units and was fully leased at the time of the sale.

As the buyer, Haleakala Ranch Company is a Maui based firm, we have donated $25,000 to Hawaii Community Foundation and their Maui Strong Fund. We are grateful to the Haleakala Ranch Company for their ongoing support of the Mauian community as they recover and rebuild.

The Westcore team is thrilled to announce we have acquired the 3.5 million-square-foot, Odyssey Portfolio, comprised of industrial properties in Livermore, Valencia and Chino, California marking our largest transaction in company history! This rare opportunity increases our assets under management to over $4 billion across 25 million square feet throughout the United States.

The 16 buildings spread over three markets are 100% occupied and the portfolio’s tenant roster includes blue-chip companies Coca Cola, Draxlmaier Automotive, Tesla and Schlage, with the balance comprised of national, regional and local distribution, warehousing and light manufacturing tenants.
