• First, I’ll come at you with a handful of questions so we can dial in exactly what we want in the offer. You’ll get to decide things like earnest money, closing timeline, and whether we ask the seller to leave things like the fridge, washer/dryer, etc.

• Then I’ll call the listing agent to let them know an offer is coming their way—and I’ll gather as much info as I legally can 🙂 about the seller’s situation and what matters most to them. That way, we can write an offer with the strongest possible chance of being accepted. ✍🏼✨

• Once everything is finalized, we send in the offer and wait to hear back! When it’s accepted, I’ll walk you step-by-step through the escrow process so you always know what’s happening and what’s next.
