San Diego Housing Market Snapshot – November 2025

The fall market is steady and showing subtle shifts worth watching:

Median home price: ≈ $936K (down slightly YoY)
Days on market: ~35 days on average
Mortgage rates: around 6.1% and trending down

Inventory: rising slightly but still under 4 months of supply

What this means:
Sellers remain in a strong position, but buyers are getting more breathing room with modestly lower rates and longer market times. More listings mean more choice — but competition is still alive in most neighborhoods.
