My awesome listing in pacific beach was very short lived, which in this market, is amazing. The real estate market has been pretty stagnant for months/years because of high interest rates and exorbitant prices. It’s wild that homes have been appreciating for 12 years. Real estate always goes up but historically there are more dips and plateaus. The constant appreciation is great if you own a home but it seems high rates are the only thing keeping prices stable.
This home sold quickly because of my skills and understanding of the market. We had months to evaluate the comps and determine what it would take to get it sold. I was fortunate to work with a seller who listened to my advice - we cleaned it up, did the needed TLC and priced it right. All the work on the front end before listing paid off for a great offer and backups and a smooth transaction. As one of my friends and clients said, I put the REAL in realtor and my no-BS educational approach is how my clients succeed.

Just sold!
…or should I say sold a few weeks ago and forgot to share 🤪
2br/1ba in - Super cute charmer just blocks to the beach. So grateful to have a buyer looking in my ‘hood. Smallest of worlds, I had known the listing agent and sellers since I was a kid, which just made this sale feel even more right.

Facts- I’m not a social media super poster, I’d love to be that social media aesthetic agent (in theory), but my priorities are with the actual business and client-side of real estate, which is a lot more than pretty pictures.

I also don’t market myself to the masses (if I’m selling your home it’s a diff story). I’ve calculated the endless (unpaid) hours I’ve spent chasing “leads” in the past 18 years of my career and that is just not me either. Good news is if you follow me you prob know me and you know exactly what all this means -No nonsense and no BS. I’m here if YOU need me (or your friends/family). No one will do a better job for you.
