This is what happens when the wrong property manager is in charge.

The tenants hadn’t paid rent in over a year, and the situation was completely mismanaged.
Now, after a long legal process — and a ton of stress and frustration — we’ve stepped in to help our clients take back control.

What we walked into was far from your average turnover:
