Do you have time for a quick story on this fine Monday?

A friend of mine referred me to a potential seller a few weeks ago. Laura, now my most recent client, was looking to sell her condo in the Fashion Hills/ Linda Vista area of San Diego. She isn't originally from California, so wasn't too familiar with our real estate laws and norms. To add to her trepidation she had been in touch with a REALTOR® who was aggressive, rude and unkind.
