SOLD in Poway for $995,000! Congratulations to Jo for buying her first home. I’ve known Jo for 15 years and I’m so proud of her. When we did our final walkthrough yesterday, she said she was excited but also really scared. I told her that is a good feeling. That’s what growth feels like. Congrats Jo, you deserve it! On a side note, I actually helped them buy this home back in 2013. We stayed friends and now that they left San Diego, it makes this deal bitter sweet!.. I’ll just have to visit them in Arizona. 🙃
