Joe Spahn - Coldwell Banker West

We love spending time at the beach, in the water, or on the trails. We try to include our two energetic dogs, Bindi and Ranger, whenever we can. We also enjoy finding great local restaurants and craft breweries as well as many of the amazing activities and adventures San Diego has to offer. I swam collegiately at Minnesota State University, Mankato while earning a BS in Physical Education and completed my MS in Kinesiology at the University of Georgia. I went on to become a college swimming coach having stops across the country from the University of Georgia, the University of Hawai’i at Manoa, and the University of Notre Dame to currently volunteer coaching at San Diego State University. During my time as a coach, I have been blessed to work with numerous All-Americans, National Champions and even Olympic gold medalists, but more importantly amazing people! Having packed up and unpacked in eight different states, I know moving all too well. Since joining the Coldwell Banker West, I have enjoyed helping families and individuals with their real estate needs. My passion in life is to help others achieve their dreams whether in the pool, out of the pool or in real estate. I would be honored to help you achieve your real estate dreams!
