We’re changing things up for Deal or No Deal this September—after hours for the first time.

On September 16th, we’re hosting a Special Edition from 5–7 PM, giving more people the opportunity to join us, learn how to analyze properties, and break down real deals together.

The concept is simple: bring an address and we’ll analyze it live.

On-market, off-market, something you’re thinking about buying, or a property you already own. We’ll run the numbers, discuss renovation costs and potential value, and determine whether the opportunity makes sense as a flip or investment.

Whether you’re a real estate agent, an experienced investor, or simply interested in getting started in real estate investing, all experience levels are welcome.

We’ll also be joined by our friends, local fix-and-flip specialist Bethany Carlson (Bethany Carlson) and real estate expert Jeff Fallon (Jeff Fallon ), who will share their insights on key considerations and potential strategies for each deal.
