Four terms every veteran investor should know.

COE — Certificate of Eligibility. Proof of VA entitlement. Pull it on [VA.gov](http://VA.gov) in 10 minutes.

Entitlement — Dollar amount the VA guarantees. Basic is $36K (covers loans up to $144K). Bonus entitlement covers 25% of higher amounts, with zero-down limits up to $1,299,500 in 2026.

BAH — Basic Allowance for Housing. Counts as qualifying income.

PCS — Permanent Change of Station. Your trigger to convert home #1 to rental.
