A mass foreclosure is HIGHLY UNLIKELY. See the data for yourself!

The mortgage market shows great improvement on delinquency rates. What does this mean? A mass foreclosure inventory is HIGHLY UNLIKELY. As of June 2021, 600,000 fewer consumers were in mortgage forbearance than in January 2021. A payment deferral, or partial claim, was the most common repayment option.
