What’s the phrase…? A day late and a dollar short?
Welp, in this case I’m two days late and two dollars short…Which is about right for me to be honest.
I wanted to shoutout and wish my wife, a happy 33rd birthday!
Unfortunately she’s been under the weather for the last few days, including on her special day.
But it was truly appropriate that I get to have first-hand experience, remembering everything she does for our family.
The list is endless, truly… And I do mean endless it’s never done. Our family is a an incredible blessing, our family is also A LOT!
Not only did she carry and deliver all four of our sweet babies, but she sets the course for them every day. She is the guiding force and true North. We’d be LOST without her.
I tell her that if it were up to me, we’d all be in our underwear all day and eating pizza every night. She thinks I’m joking. I promise, it’s no joke!
She has so many admirable characteristics, but the one that comes to mind most often these days is her ability to sacrifice for the greater good. It sounds good in theory, in reality it’s really really hard to do on a day in and day out basis.
So even though I’m two days late, if you have a minute, send her a belated happy birthday wish!
We all love you Mama, the biggest blessing I’ve ever received ❤️❤️
