Just closed last Friday! Cornelius Estates was able to negotiate 8K below list price and an additional 16.5K in seller credits that allowed my client to only pay $2K out of pocket on a half a million dollar rental property! Best part is that
this property’s rental income is projected to cover his mortgage payment when he decides to upgrade. Time and time again this market shows that buyers are still winning despite higher rates.
