Sold. Represented buyer.

Helped our out-of-state client buy a lovely remodeled condominium in the heart of Hillcrest. A fantastic location within easy walking distance to all Uptown San Diego’s most awesome restaurants, shops, farmers markets, and Balboa Park. We are happy for our client and so grateful to be involved in this transaction!

Glad we were finally able to get this one closed! The buyers, sellers, and agents on both sides all remained committed through the long escrow, and it paid off for everyone in the end! Very happy for the buyers, who got the property of their dreams, and for the sellers, who got well over their asking price. If you'd like TEAM G&H do the same for you, contact us today. We'd love to be your realtors!
