El Cajon resident and Marine reservist Derrek Cardinale is a team member and son-in-law of Bob & Tina Kelly. Cardinale, who has worked in sales for many years and also helped to build parts of San Diego International Airport, the barracks at Camp Pendleton, and other projects throughout the county, is excited to continue his career in real estate.

ream home has to be one of the most rewarding things I can think of,” Cardinale said. “I am extremely hard-working, love meeting new people and can get along with everyone. That, in addition to my previous success in sales, is why I chose to pursue real estate as my profession.”

Much of Cardinale’s time outside work is devoted to his wife, 6, 2 and 1 year daughter's, 5 year old son, and their 10-year-old golden retriever. As a Marine reservist, he is a company 1st Sergeant and tank commander who has received several certificates of commendations and several Naval Achievement Medals. He enjoys snowboarding, driving dune buggies in the desert and playing with his kids. Cardinale and his wife regularly attend Bible study, and he is a Royal Rangers Commander at his church.
