A difficult transaction because I was in a different country in a time zone 8 hours ahead. Phil needed to do a lot on my behalf to keep the thing moving and did so with good humour and providing good advice. I felt very safe with him leading the deal. It was slow to get moving but once were worked out our work flow, Phil was a great partner to be working with.

Phil concentrated on curtain selling points that no one could deny, ie. where else could you live in San Diego with a 3 bedroom two bath house with a whirlpool bath three car parking, ceiling fans including all utilities for under 2200 a month.

I am so thankful to have Phil Corbett as our realtor. I am happy that we finally have bought the manufacture home for my sister for them to live comfortably through the help of Phil. I really appreciate the time and patience Phil spent on helping us on processing what was needed documents to be submitted to the loan officers and escrow. He is constantly calling me and to let me know the new updates of our application. I am happy that he helped us lower the price of the house. Thank you Phil!

Phil did an execellent job keeping me posted during the entire transaction. He described the process in basic terms, which I appreciated. Very friendly and dependable. Responded to text or voicemails in less than a 24 hours. Nice!!!

Philip was very friendly and helpful from the beginning our journey to find our new home. Philip showed us over 40 mobilehomes. We knew nothing about mobilehomes, and he showed us the ropes and answered our constant questions patiently. Philip helped us with the never ending piles of documents for offers, escrow, and lending--and always made sure that we got everything done correctly.
