I aim to be there for you, when you may need me to be. I have been in the real estate business for 20+ years as a realtor, a new home sales agent and 17+ years as a Transaction Coordinator. I am an independant & Certified TC based in San Diego, assisting agents all over the state of California. No matter where you are in California, I can assist with your file coordination and love what I do. My systems allow you to have access to your documents and my sales checklist for your file 24/7, allowing you to keep track of the progress whenever you get that itch and downtime to know that your file is being taken care of. As most TC's do I won't tout the number of files I have done, as my focus is to keep my business smaller, allowing me to focus on your urgent needs in a timely manner.
