I love helping people achieve the American dream of owning their own homes. I'm originally from the Republic of Moldova country in Eastern Europe bordered by Romania on the east and Ukraine on the north, west, and south. In 1990, I relocated to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and then, in the end of 2000, I relocated to San Diego. Today, I have over 36 years of experience in sales and customer service. I started my career in real estate after me and my husband purchased our first home and had a very bad experience with our real estate agent. From that moment on, I decided that I wanted to make a positive difference in the lives of others by pursuing a career in real estate. When I work with clients, I believe that my strongest qualities are my ability to aggressively represent my client’s best interests and use my strong negotiating skills to achieve the best results for them. I utilize the latest technologies, market research and business strategies to meet and exceed my customer’s expectations. I listen to clients to find solutions that are tailored to meet their specific needs. Most first-time buyers don't even know they can buy a home. It is my job not only to find them a home but also to find them programs and grants, and to counsel them through any difficult times along the way throughout the home buying process so they can achieve their dream. No matter whether my client is a first-time buyer or a seasoned home buyer shopping for a multi-million-dollar property, I provide the same level of special attention and care to everyone. It is very important to provide excellent customer service every step of the way. My philosophy is that my work isn't completed until my clients are happy in their new homes.
