I want to take a few minutes to share more about this photo from the SD Association of Realtors Awards Ceremony. I'm lucky, so lucky to be surrounded by the best agents in the industry both "on and off the field". These top agents don't hide behind a camera creating an illusion of hustle, they are getting after it. I recognize the higher your success the more you sacrifice. Parties missed, soccer practices skipped, warm meals go cold to walk out of a room to make a call, personal time is gone, it never ends. Anyone can sell you a home but not everyone is willing to do the work with integrity, because at the end of the day, our job is truly to look after your investment and find that place to call home. Each one of these people in this photo are well liked, regarded and work with humility. I'm in awe of the group has gathered and blessed to collaborate with the best of the best.

Yesterday the good guy won. This is one of the most hard working families I've ever known. We fought hard to get her offer accepted, there were multiple offers, higher ones and we even had to engage in direct conversations with the sellers side to convince them we were deserving. We had long road to get here, one cancelled escrow in years past and still she stuck by my side and trusted the process. In the end, what is meant to be always is!!! Welcome home Ramirez family.

As a San Diego native and first generation American, hard work was introduced to her at a very young age. This instilled the fundamental importance of saving, earning and honesty. It also created a fondness with all things real estate for her. The value of homeownership resides with her and she know what a property is worth to a family. Her career began at the age of 22 as an assistant to a top producer here in San Diego County. She began her own business in 2013 after 10+ years assisting and partaking in over 700 transactions. Since starting on her own, She has earned the recognition ranking in the top 5% in the county since 2014. In 2018 she was ranked in the top 2%.⁠

2019 is officially in the past and 2020 is off to a strong start! I am so grateful for my clients, for every mention, referral and introduction I've been given the opportunity to work with. I represented sellers selling their family homes and saw generations grow into new space. I helped buyers buy brand new construction and a few really cool fixer uppers. I learned so much from each client this year. I didn't hit my personal goal but came pretty close. $14 million in sales for the year and so pumped for what's to come! Thank you! Salud to a rad 2020!
