🎉Here we are ! It’s SOLD ! 🎉 This milestone all happened all so fast, too quick. But we did it !!

You might be wondering why the listing just got put up, then got sold so quickly. The video was actually supposed to be posted 26 days ago. But I didn’t have enough time to include everything I had prepared. As soon as it hit on MLS, I had 6 showings booked within 2 hours! My seller accepted an offer within 24 hours. Nothing like text book at all. But we got it all figured out. Definitely a memorable moment in my career.
