This one was fast and furious! 
From first meeting to sold in 30 days! 
These clients had an unfortunately bad experience with their previous agent. 

They were on market for 3 months and fell out of escrow once. They were fed up with the experience and decided to look for another agent. My past client referred me to these sellers, I showed them our full marketing plan and how I personally provide white glove service and they were sold! 

We listed and got multiple offers within 13 days on market. And sold to a cash buyer over asking price and closing in 14 days! 

It was imperative that my sellers get the most money out of this sale and close as quickly as possible, in order to move on with their lives! I’m so happy for my sellers and wish them all the best in their next chapter!
